2 、凝结时间2, setting time　　灌浆料的凝结时间直接影响到施工连续性和质量。BT-6022中胶凝材料的水化速度随环境温度不同而改变，凝结时间也随之变化。所测定的不同温度和流动度 CGM 的凝结时间 ( 表 4) ，可供不同条件下施工参考之用。　　Grouting material setting time directly affect the construction continuity and quality. 3 、限制膨胀性3, restricted expansion　　在设备安装中，用灌浆料浇筑的二次灌浆层上表面高度不能低于初始表面高度，而且要向上有一定膨胀变化，这种变形称为竖向限制膨胀。地脚螺栓的锚固有一定的膨胀应力，使螺栓锚于应力场中，可大大地提高抗拉拔的能力。见图 2 、表 5 表明BT-6022灌浆料在常温下都有一定的竖向限制膨胀性，限制膨胀率在 0.010％～0.040％范围内，并在灌浆后十天左右开始稳定。　　In equipment installation, use grouting material casting of secondary layer surface height grouting cannot under initial surface height, but also to have certain upward expansion change, this kind of vertical deformation called restricted expansion. 4 、抗压和抗折强度4, compressive strength and flexural strength　　按国内规范要求，一般设备安装的二次灌浆采用的细石混凝土强度应比设备基础混凝土高一级。当用无垫板方式安装设备时，按国外设计要求，灌浆料的一天抗压强度要达到 30MPa ， 28d 抗压强度达到 60MPa ，甚至更高 ( 如钢连铸 ) 。为了满足上述设计要求，在对BT-6022 原材料配比进行大量试验研究后，测定的抗压、抗折强度的范围值见表 6 。　　According to the domestic requirements specification, general equipment installation of secondary grouting used fine stone concrete strength than equipment should be concrete foundation high level.
